Traditional Delivery System
Con-Am Inc. assumes direct responsibility for all aspects of construction. Qualified subcontractors are awarded work, and projects are managed in their entirety, from pre-construction through all final sign-offs.

Design and Build
Single-Source Design and Construction Services: Con-Am holds the Subcontracts
Con-Am, as the General Contractor, partners with a select Architect, or other licensed entity, providing a single-source team to execute both design and construction services.

Construction Management
Agency CM: Owner Holds the Subcontracts
As the Construction Manager (CM), Con-Am is contracted by the owner to oversee and manage the planning, design and construction process. Con-Am holds no sub or prime contracts, and manages either a General Contractor or Multiple Sub-Contractors. Services include contract awards, material procurement, cost and schedule monitoring, and reporting.
